This website

This website doesn't ask you to log in. Bookings are made on our booking site, in our app or by phone, and the details you give there are used to arrange and manage your journey.

Cookies

When you first visit, we ask whether we can use cookies. If you say yes, Google Analytics stores cookies on your device so we can see how people find our website, which pages they use and which of our Google adverts lead to phone calls. If you say no, no cookies are stored, and Google only receives basic information that doesn't identify you, such as that a page was viewed. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics cookies (names starting with _ga), only with your permission. They last up to 2 years. See Google's privacy policy for how Google uses this information.
Google Ads call tracking. If you arrive from one of our Google adverts, the phone number on our site may show as a Google forwarding number. Your call still comes straight to our office. Google tells us that a call happened, when, how long it lasted and the caller's area code, so we can see which adverts work.
Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser's storage so we don't ask again on every page.

Other services on this website

Google Maps. Our site shows a Google map of our office. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, as described in Google's privacy policy.
Instagram. Pictures in our Instagram section link to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.
Visitor statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.

Payments

We do not store customer credit card details.

Your booking information

When you book, we use your name, contact details and journey details to provide the journey, contact you about it, and keep the records we're required to keep as a licensed private hire operator. We don't sell your information. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, contact us using the details above.

Delivery policy

We aim to provide a reliable service to all our customers. Please be aware that some issues affecting your booking may be beyond our control. We monitor flight arrival times and dispatch our vehicles to be there when you land.
